Quality Assurance is a key element in the strategy of the HARTMETALL-Gesellschaft. In consistency with the general and international quality assurance systems our DIN EN ISO 9000 Norm based quality management is constantly improved and further developed.

The existing infrastructure of our company provides a solid foundation for the realisation of a successful quality policy.

The quality process described with the logo HMTG-Quality represents our demand for top performance in product quality and service.

Quality Policy

In the centre of our striving for quality is the employee. His responsibility and his efforts for quality labour are being supported and promoted. Our most important concern is to systematically communicate the quality idea to all employees with the goal of continuously improving our performance for the benefit of our customers.

Customer Focus

Quality is primarily defined by the specifications of our customers. Their criteria are set by the necessity to fulfil the market needs reliably and at reasonable prices. Therefore we are focussing specifically on

  • Optimised product properties and constant product quality
  • Reasonable price-performance ratio
  • Reliable shipment timing
  • Consulting about applications and economics
  • New product development providing our customers with new opportunities

The joint co-operation with our customers enhances our opportunity to better understand the market needs and to implement this knowledge forward-looking into our company.

Information Flow

Quality management depends very much on the quality of the information flow within the company as well as between the company and its customers. Therefore we practice an open and trustful exchange of information with our customers and suppliers. By this we want to increase the confidence in our efficiency and productivity building a solid foundation for future co-operation with our customers.
